As title, I can only see 16 bit options when using USB, up to 96kHz. Any solutions?

What is your playback software? Are the files you are listening to 24?

Hi I'm planning to use Winamp, dont want to play around with Foobar/WASAPI. The problem is that I can't even set the E17k to 96kHz/24bit in playback devices menu.  there's only 16 bit options in the drop down menu. I have tried installing the driver package on the support page, but nothing changed. It's the same on my girlfriend's pc

I am assuming that you are running Windows? What version? If you are using windows 7 or above, in your taskbar (by where the clock is), you can right-click on the speaker icon (that represents your sound), and choose "Playback Devices"

Now, if you highlight the SPDIF interface and click properties it will bring up this window (click on the "Advanced" tab to see the screen I have shown:

You should be able to click the drop down to choose what you want. Mine actually shows as 32 bit 96, but it will show correctly on the device from there on.......

Now, keep in mind, that you first must have 24/96 files in order to play at that sample rate through Winamp. Secondly, you must choose the option in Winamp for "Allow 24 bit playback" (or something to that nature). If you don't have 24/96 files, you can still upsample them, but not from Winamp without using the WASAPI plugin (or at least a similar one).
