Q: Will there be SRC (sample rate conversion) for third-party apps on X5 3rd gen?

A: The X7MKII is running with the Android 5.1.1 system deeply customized by FiiO. No matter for the default FiiO Music app or any third-party apps, there will be no SRC, and it can guarantee the audio output in the original sample rate.If the third-party app comes with decoding library, it will output the the audio in original sample rate coming out from the decoding library.

X5 3rd seems to force down convert to 16bit when playing 24bit file with third party apps.
Also, some third-party apps force down convert 192kHz files to 96 kHz.
When force playback 24bit or 192kHz with USB Audio Player Pro, it can not playback correctly.
With Poweramp, 192 kHz files are not playback.
For S / PDIF output playback on third-party apps is 24bit down converted to 16bit.

Are these third-party apps behaving correctly?
X5 3rd can not play 24bit or 196kHz with third-party apps without down-converting?

Sorry but this seems to be wrong. Neutron and Poweramp both downsample 24/96 audio. Please fix this.

For native playback of PCM files 24bit / exceeding 96kHz with third party application, the following is necessary.
Specify AudioFormat=10 for AudioTrack API.
It is necessary to convert the byte data of PCM file from 24bit to unsigned int32bit by program. It can not be played with float32bit. (In the case of an unsigned int32bit audio file, conversion is unnecessary.)

Currently Neutron supports up to 24bit / 192kHz.
