Why couldn't the Q5 be recognized when it's connected to Apple's devices?

A: 1.        Please make sure the cable is correctly plugged into Q5 and Apple's device. It's recommended to reconnect them if it's not working.2. Please reboot your Apple's device and reconnect them. To confirm if the Q5 is successfully connected to Apple's device, please go to "Settings>General>About" on your Apple device and scroll to the bottom, if Q5 appears above the "Legal information" , then Q5 is successfully connected.
