Q: How to solve the stuttering problem of playing an offline Tidal songs after about 15 minutes playback on X7/X5III/X7MKII?

A: Please try to enable crossfade in Tidal settings, set it to one second.
Actually, we already contacted Tidal technical team and ask why this kind of stuttering issue will happen.Of course we also shared the solution with them, they replied they try to analse this issue further.  If you have any question about Tidal, it will be better to contact Tidal directly.
