Hello

when i use my new FiiO M9 with my Sony WH-1000XM3 Headphone i got allways stuttering by listening Music on Tidal or Qobuz. The LDAC Mode ist Priority Sound. When i change that to Priority Stable Connection the issue is gone. When i use it with my Android Phone with LDAC i can listen to LDAC Priority Sound without Stuttering.

Sorry FiiO but i am very disappointed about the M9 because i wanted the best Sound over Bluetooth..

Dear friend,

Some explanations about Bluetooth Connection — From James

http://fiio.me/forum.php?mod=vie ... highlight=Bluetooth

Since the bandwidth of Bluetooth transmission is fixed, if you use aptX, aptX HD, orLDAC, which optimize in sound quality, the distance compared to connection via SBCand AAC will be significantly shortened.

Interesting to see that I have no problem with Sony WH-1000XM3 Headphone and LDAC, that is until I updated the software. Now it's really bad and the M9 is only sitting a foot away from me.

I have the same problem with M9 + BTR3 - LDAC quality set. (trying play sample music from M9, and play TIDAL hi-fi) I don't like this - I hope is problem SOFT. Also, I tried to play M9 and Sony WH-1000XM2 - the same problem.
M9+BTR3 by HWA work ok.

Oh, yep - when I off wifi - it's work good. Can you fix this in future?

Dear friend,

If selecting "LDAC sound quality first", and at the same time, you are listening the streaming music on M9 after connecting with WiFi, then the CPU usage will be a little higher, which will cause a certain degree of intermittent on the output. We are afraid that it could not improved by software. And it is the hardware reason.

So you may select “LDAC connection first” on M9 if you want to enjoy the streaming music.

Is it possible for your engineer to find some 'proportion' for 'LDAC sound quality first' setting to prioritize Bluetooth over WiFi (i mean CPU usage)?
