M9 Not recognize by the computer

I have windows 10.
I installed all the drivers and still, the M9 and 256gb storage are not recognized by windows.

I am having the same problem. I tried installing USB driver found for M7 model but my Win 10 Pro PC does not allow to do so giving error message “The App Has Been Blocked for Your Protection”. I installed Samsung USB driver for mobile phones”found on Samsung site but it does not fix the problem

it's a shame no one is answering.

Dear friend,

Did you send email to our email support@fiio.com or contact your seller about that. We were on holiday for the Chinese New Year in last few days. So it took us some time to handle all the questions the users asked.

How can I access the storage/SD card after connecting the M9 to the computer:   M9 uses the MTP protocol and couldn't be properly recognized until the MTP driver installed.

1) Connect M9 to computer, open the disk named "FiiO MTP Driver";

Then, for Windows computers, copy the "SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones_1590.exe" file in the folder "Windows" to a local folder on the computer (such as the desktop) and double click to install it; For Mac comuters,  install the driver stored under the folder "Mac\OS MTP Client". After that, you'll be able to access the storage or SD card of the M9.

If you have installed other Samsung USB driver, please uninstall it and try to reinstall our driver again. If you still failed to get it work, please send email to our email address: support@fiio.com with the screenshoot in your computer.

I have installed MTP driver on my Dell PC running Win 10 Pro and when I connect (or disconnect) M9 computer makes a sound typical for such event, but the problem is that connected M9 is still not visible neither in Explorer nor in Device Manager. Driver seems to be installed correctly. I believe there  is an issue with my PC. Any idea what it can be? Thanks!

Dear friend,

You may also check using another usb ports and cables?
From the device manager, will you receive something with '!'? You could try another computer for confirming as well.
