Q5 USB DAC Problem

I have been using Q5 as my dac for about 8 months now, and quite happy with it, but recently usb dac function suddenly stop when I connected to the computer Mac or Windows, the computer will see it but there are no sound coming out of the dac, and can't change the sample rate as well. Now when I want use it as usb dac, have connected to an Optical source and cycle the input first then connected the usb to computer while the Q5 are turn on, then the usb dac function will work, but I power off the device, then power on the device have to do it all over again. The firmware is v0.52 and I already try resetting several time still the same. Can someone help me ? Thanks.

Dear friend,

Did you try another usb cable and port? Does the white indicator show up at that time?

Yes, I did try several usb cable and ports as well, the white indicator did show up when I connected to computer  but no audio.

Dear friend, is your windows system the Win7? Try to forbide the inner speaker in the computer and check again?

No, I’m using Windows 10 1903, already try that still the same. Same problems in macOS as well.
