I turned on my Fiio M3K, it stays on the welcomescreen and doesn't happen there

You can only turn it off and on, but it's alwayswelcome, help.

I've seen this behavior on mine once before I think. Not sure how I resolved it..? I think maybe I held the power button for a length of time in excess of 15 seconds. I may have re-connected it back on the PC and disconnected and somehow it came back.

Hola buenas!, me pasa exactamente lo mismo y no logro resolverlo, no me puedo contactar con el comprador pues lo compré por aliexpress hace bastante tiempo y no creo que tenga garantía. Qué hago?

Hola a todos.
Yo también tengo ese problema, me sucedió hace más de 2 semanas mientras intentaba cambiar la fecha de mi reproductor (el reproductor estaba nuevo y yo recién intentaba familiarizarme con él).
El vendedor solo atinó a decirme que intente presionar el botón de encendido durante 30 segundos para que regrese a su configuración de fábrica, también me dijo que instale el último Firmware. Continúo con el mismo problema y me es imposible devolverlo al vendedor. Veo que no soy el único con este problema y confío en que FIIO tenga algún restaurador que podamos utilizar, ya que su reproductor no viene con un botón de reinicio de fábrica externo.
Por favor, ¿Alguna solución? ¿Algún video explicativo para que los usuarios podamos solucionar este problema?

Hello! My player stays on the welcome screen too.
I turned it off by pressing the power button for several seconds and turning it on again but it never gets fixed.
Please help!

Hola Slowhands, aún no tengo solución a mi problema, el reproductor simplemente NO FUNCIONA y Fiio aún no da solución mediante actualización de firmware a este problema. ¿tú has tenido suerte?. Alguna solución aparte de la que recomienda Fiio, en devolver o contactarse con la tienda, sabiendo que por políticas internacionales de vuelo, no permiten el envío de dispositivos con baterías de litio...

Hola que tal tampoco he tenido suerte bueno lo compre en una tienda que se llama Audiofilia pero ya no tiene garantia solamente tengo 120 dias y pues igual me he estado comunicando con Fiio a ver si hay alguna solucion, solamente he logrado algo pero te explico en privado
