fioo m11 wifi problem

anyone have wifi issues on m11? when playing on spotify, there is "no internet connection available" restart the device. after half song it will appears again. the wifi connection is very slow. how to fix it? because my other device has no problem using same wifi.

Same problem...WiFi is very slow. Took me 4 days to download the firmware updates when I got it a couple weeks ago because it timed out over and over. I have to stream Qobuz and Spotify to it from my iPad because if I try to play either directly from the dap it buffers. I have extremely fast internet by the way, +100 mbps

I think a lot of your customers have the same issue with WiFi on the M11
Will this problem be resolved any time soon?

If you try another wifi but receive the same problem, please download the WiFi analyzer to test the signal intensity of M11.
Meanwhile, you can install this app on your cellphone to compare the result with M11's. Or you can send us the test result, cellphone model, router model and the distance between your M11 and the router so that we can analyze the problem.

The WiFi on my M11 keeps dropping over time no matter if it’s a fresh boot or what app I’m using or even if the player has the screen off or not...
