fioo m11 wifi problem

anyone have wifi issues on m11? when playing on spotify, there is "no internet connection available" restart the device. after half song it will appears again. the wifi connection is very slow. how to fix it? because my other device has no problem using same wifi.

Same problem...WiFi is very slow. Took me 4 days to download the firmware updates when I got it a couple weeks ago because it timed out over and over. I have to stream Qobuz and Spotify to it from my iPad because if I try to play either directly from the dap it buffers. I have extremely fast internet by the way, +100 mbps

I think a lot of your customers have the same issue with WiFi on the M11
Will this problem be resolved any time soon?

If you try another wifi but receive the same problem, please download the WiFi analyzer to test the signal intensity of M11.
Meanwhile, you can install this app on your cellphone to compare the result with M11's. Or you can send us the test result, cellphone model, router model and the distance between your M11 and the router so that we can analyze the problem.

The WiFi on my M11 keeps dropping over time no matter if it’s a fresh boot or what app I’m using or even if the player has the screen off or not...

Is the m11 in a case, either the TPU case that comes with it or an aftermarket case? If so, try it without the case.  I'm not joking...there is a good chance the case is actually blocking and interfering with the antenna similar to the way that it does on the X5iii.

Or you could just take the player out of its case which is more than likely blocking the Wi-Fi antenna in the M11.

Same here, even sitting next to the router it's not connecting.
With wifi sharing with an iphone it works well...
At first it worked well with the router too, since than it's impossible to connect correctly.
Maybe a software bug or something else?
Even after installing the last update for my M11 same problem.
Hope there will be a patch for this.

Same problem here. All my devices work perfectly, except the M11 Pro. Amazon Prime App, Arte and Spotify show the problems with "No internet connection" (While the Android says it is perfectly connected). The problem appears always after a few minutes - then I close the apps, try again a few hours later and the cycle starts again. Google Chrome works, but very slow. I do not use a case.

Other then the internet connection, the M11 Pro is gorgeous :-)

What version of Wi-Fi 802.11 (b/g/n/ac) is installed in M11 Pro & M15? Does the M11 Pro & M15 support 802.11 ac (wi-fi 5) or only outdated 802.11n (wi-fi 4)?
The FiiO official site says about only 2.4 / 5 GHz, but it does not say which version. I have the good router Asus RT-AX88U with support new standart 802.11 ax (wi-fi 6) [Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac/ax] and i need to know that.

I am having the same issue with my M15 - I have fibre optic broadband and have 100+ mb/s with my phone although when testing the M15 I am getting variable from less than 1mb up to no more than 20 (which is plenty, although there must be an issue with the wifi module on this/M11...
