Fiio E10K Random Loud static issue

I'm having the same issue as this guy.

Basically every now and then, the audio will just change from normal to just pure loud static sounds. It mostly happens when i click on a new youtube video and the sound from that video will just be extremely loud static. I have to refresh the page which reloads the video and fixes the sound. I've reinstalled windows yet the issue is still happening. I can unplug my headphones from the e10k and plug them directly into the pc, and the issue won't happen, so i know its definitely the e10k.

I bought my e10k from Amazon on the 8th July 2019

I am having the exact same issue with the DT770 Pro, tested without E10k and it doesn't happen. Did you find a fix?

Please try another usb cable and ports to check again. Does the problem happen in certain opertaion or headphone?
